What does the virtual environment look like?
Our virtual environment consists of various digital “boxes” in which each participant can tell their own story in their own box. Digital “walls” in the room offer the participant infinite possibilities to convey their message to the visitor with a simple presentation using preset templates or a fully interactive experience. With a wide range of extensive functionality and all possible activations in our extensive back end, participants can even create multiple experiences and presentations which can be easily switched in real time to match the target audience the participant is engaged with at a given moment. The box also allows the participant and several colleagues to speak to multiple visitors at the same time, preventing them from missing out on interested visitors during the virtual exhibition.

The 3D venue’s virtual environment can be fully customised to the branding of the trade show, event or organisation in question. It also provides an overview of all participants present online and clearly directs visitors to the various rooms in the digital environment: the reception, exhibition area, seminars, break-out rooms, network cafes, etc.
Our innovative event platform offers even more unique functionality, including:
